ZG type resistive tube muffler is generally installed at the inlet and outlet of the fan to reduce the noise during fan operation. The muffler is a resistive muffler, divided into two types: circular and square. The inner wall is made of galvanized perforated sheet, and the interlayer is filled with ultra-fine glass wool as sound-absorbing material. The composite layer is made of glass fiber cloth, and the galvanized perforated sheet is made of resistive sound-absorbing sheet. This product has less airflow resistance and good sound absorption effect. When the cross-section of the square muffler is ≥ 630 × 630mm, appropriate resistive sound-absorbing sheet should be added.

Note: 1. If a larger specification muffler is required, it can be designed and manufactured according to the flange dimensions listed in China's standard air ducts;

2. The flange width of galvanized steel sheet air ducts shall be made according to the specifications of 2002, and the flange width of glass magnesium air ducts shall be made according to 50mm;

3. In order to maintain consistency with the installation dimensions of the user, if the user does not specify, the flange will not be punched.
